Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a service-related industry.
• Business-level English, written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Selection and placement of janitorial personnel; hiring decisions and performance management.
• Understand and champion the company’s strategic principles and people culture.
• Assign duties and inspect work for cleanliness and quality.
• Manage work procedures and schedules within labor budget.
• Conduct orientation and safety training for hourly staff.
• Prepare and review time sheets, reports, and work orders.
• Maintain customer relationships by visiting sites and addressing concerns.
• Monitor accounts for additional opportunities and contract expansions.
