Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a service-related industry, preferably janitorial.
• Business level oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial personnel, make hiring decisions and develop staff.
• Champion company values and people culture.
• Assign duties, inspect work for cleanliness and quality, review performance.
• Schedule work within labor budgets and procedures.
• Conduct orientation and safety training for hourly staff.
• Handle required paperwork (timesheets, reports, orders).
• Communicate with employees to resolve issues and support success.
• Build relationships with customers by visiting sites regularly to ensure service quality.
• Resolve problems promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer contacts and follow up to close issues.
• Monitor accounts for additional work opportunities and contract scope.
• Ensure all Quality Control site visits are completed and recorded.
• Spend time at accounts to support outcomes.
