Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in a service-related industry, preferably janitorial.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Business-level oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Hire and place janitorial personnel; manage performance appraisals and development plans.
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction within budget.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
• Develop schedules to keep labor within budget; conduct safety and training programs.
• Maintain documentation: time sheets, work orders, training records, and reports.
• Build relationships with customers through regular site visits and issue resolution.
