Veolia Water Tech seeks an experienced Area Manager in CSM to lead a team of Account Managers delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions across diverse industries. You will drive profitability, asset protection, and sustainable outcomes while acting as a strategic partner to customers.

The role emphasizes team leadership, technical coaching, and growth through targeted campaigns and value-based offerings, with travel as needed to support regional accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 15+ years in water treatment can qualify.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience is required.
• 5+ years of leadership with revenue growth and customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead Account Managers across Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Demonstrate technical excellence and coach team in problem solving.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns and opportunities.
• Implement Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans and Business Reviews.
• Achieve revenue targets, margins, pricing, and account retention.
• Collaborate on strategic growth plans and maintain sales funnels.
