Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II to lead a warehouse team, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment. You will supervise associates and operations leads, coordinate with HR, Safety, and Customer Service, and drive results under pressure.

This role requires 2–4 years with WMS in a high-volume facility, prior leadership, and strong organization. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Shift is Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with WMS/inventory in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and transport.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to daily goals.
• Work closely with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools to meet scheduled workloads and fulfill orders.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances; maintain quality standards across functions.
