Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse setting with WMS
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team to hit daily goals
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops Leaders to drive results
• Identify and implement process improvements for workload efficiency
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standard
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions
