Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading electrical products distributor, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee Carrollton, TX area operations. You will drive sales growth, coach personnel, manage branch performance, and engage suppliers to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and a hands-on approach to safety and customer service, with responsibilities spanning inventory control, policy evaluation, and market analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, marketing, operations or related B2B industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach personnel, recruit, hire, train, review performance.
• Monitor branch financial data, inventory, and gross margin.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Lead productivity, quality of work and staff morale.
• Evaluate policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Build marketing plans and supplier engagement programs.
• Lead digital strategy for connecting customers and eSales.
• Coach and manage outside sales effectiveness.
• Research market trends and use digital tools for analysis.
