Job summary

Rexel USA in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. The role leads a sales team, directs growth initiatives, and expands the customer base in line with company vision and values.

The position focuses on building client relationships, achieving profitability targets, and coaching staff through training programs with internal sources, vendors, and external training partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales leadership, preferably with maintenance in industrial/utility customers.
• Experience in electrical distribution or similar B2B industry.
• Valid Driver's License
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the area of focus.
• Lead the Outside Sales team to achieve sales and GP goals.
• Interface with customers to identify needs and develop new client relationships.
• Hire, train, and develop sales personnel for effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Ensure product knowledge through local training programs and vendor channels.
• Meet with key clients and negotiate/close deals.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance against goals.
• Deliver sales presentations and coordinate customer training.
• Represent Rexel USA at trade association meetings.
