Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and time-keeping software.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates in receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
• Ensure standards are established and followed to meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment and recognize achievements.
• Train and orient hourly staff; monitor safety and performance.
• Investigate issues and drive process improvements through data and feedback.
