Job summary

Chewy is hiring an Area Manager for our Lewisberry, PA Fulfillment Center. This role directs hourly associates in receiving, storage and shipping of products, and strives to meet productivity, labor and quality objectives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will coach teams, enforce standards, and drive improvements through data analysis while maintaining a safe, positive work environment. Travel may be required, and bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Associate Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates in receiving, storage and shipping of product.
• Maintain productivity, labor and quality objectives.
• Establish and enforce standards; motivate and coach staff.
• Investigate process improvements using data and associate feedback.
• Handle safety, metrics and employee relations with open communication.
• Complete attendance, efficiency and safety documentation.
