Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Georgia to lead a team of 50-100 direct report Associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will mentor, motivate, and manage safety, quality, and productivity while adapting to changing volume.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and strong communication—on-site leadership with participation in shift rotations, coaching and removing roadblocks to deliver for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and problem solving.
• Enrolled in or holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.

• Complete shift handoffs with clear priorities for the next team.
