Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are expected.
• Enrollment in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead shifts to balance safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Walk the floor, adjust staffing, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Coach team members and hand off priorities with clear documentation.
