Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of hourly associates in an on-site Ohio fulfillment or operations facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching your team to meet daily goals and adapt to changing volumes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead on the warehouse floor and manage shifts.
• Oversee deliveries, sort packages and operate site equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, attendance and performance standards.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and remove blockers.
