Onin Staffing, LLC is seeking an Area Manager to oversee six branches across North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania, with a preferred home base in Frederick, MD or Harrisburg/York, PA. You will lead branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the client and employee experience across the territory.

You will recruit, mentor, manage budgets, analyze data, ensure compliance, and expand market share while maintaining high service standards across multiple states.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management.
• 2+ years of staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI tracking.
• Customer-first mindset and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple staffing locations across a multistate territory, including North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and lead them to new levels of success. This position will support six branches located in Raleigh, NC; Creedmoor, NC; Richmond, VA; Seaford, DE; Harrisburg, PA; and Hazleton, PA, with a preferred home base in Frederick, MD, or the Harrisburg/York, PA area. In this high-impact role, you’ll guide branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the client and employee experience across your territory. You’ll be the voice of strategy, growth, and operational excellence, directly impacting hundreds of lives across the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Performance Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop A-players.
• Mentor and coach teams for growth and accountability.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
• Foster a culture of learning, service, and continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Monitor KPIs and branch benchmarks, implementing corrective action when needed.
• Guide teams through problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Drive sales and operational efficiency through strategic leadership.

Financial & Strategic Planning

• Manage budgets and financial performance across branches.
• Analyze reports and use data to drive decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Align branch goals with Ōnin’s Branch Maturity Cycle.

Business Development & Client Relationships

• Drive top- and bottom-line growth through personal sales and team coaching.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and expand market share.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management.
• 2+ years of experience in staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to use data for decision-making and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the light industrial sector, staffing industry, and employment laws.
• Preferably based in Frederick, MD, or the Harrisburg/York, PA area, with the ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned multistate territory.
