Ōnin Staffing, LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks an Area Manager to oversee multiple branch locations across Georgia and Florida, guiding growth, profitability, and employee and client experience across the territory.

You will lead branch leaders, shape strategy, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and expand market share through proactive business development. A track record in staffing, leadership, and data-driven decisions is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• 2+ years in staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to use data for growth strategies and decision-making.

Area Manager – Lead Multiple Branches.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager based in Atlanta, GA, to oversee multiple staffing locations across a multistate territory, including Georgia and Florida, and lead them to new levels of success. In this high-impact role, you’ll guide branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the client and employee experience across your territory. You’ll be the voice of strategy, growth, and operational excellence, directly impacting hundreds of lives across the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Performance Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop A-players.
• Mentor and coach teams for growth and accountability.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
• Foster a culture of learning, service, and continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Monitor KPIs and branch benchmarks, implementing corrective action when needed.
• Guide teams through problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Drive sales and operational efficiency through strategic leadership.

Financial & Strategic Planning

• Manage budgets and financial performance across branches.
• Analyze reports and use data to drive decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Align branch goals with Ōnin’s Branch Maturity Cycle.

Business Development & Client Relationships

• Drive top- and bottom-line growth through personal sales and team coaching.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and expand market share.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management.
• 2+ years of experience in staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to use data for decision-making and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the light industrial sector, staffing industry, and employment laws.

Based in the Atlanta, GA area with the ability to travel throughout a multistate territory, including Georgia and Florida.
