The role ensures safe, clean, and attractive living spaces while preserving property assets. The incumbent will coordinate turnover activities, preventive maintenance, and vendor contractor performance. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, ordering supplies, approving invoices, and enforcing safety and housing rules.

Qualifications

• EPA Freon recovery and HVAC certification required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to supervise a maintenance team.
• Experience overseeing service personnel and vendor contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, grounds).
• Organize turnover activities and preventive maintenance by prioritizing work orders.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and supervise purchase orders and invoices.
• Inspect work by outside contractors and enforce corrective actions as needed; schedule contractors.
