Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field or 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance environment
- 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including leading a work or project team or 1 year in maintenance field
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations and monitor department performance
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties and coordinate workloads
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and compliance with safety/policy standards
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement in maintenance activities
