Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor and analyze business reports to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and train associates on logistics policies and procedures.
• Identify concerns and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and participate in hiring and evaluation.
