7-Eleven, Inc. in College Park, MD seeks an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12-14 stores and train Store Leaders for exceptional customer service.

You’ll participate in a structured 12-month training program, with strong career growth potential and a company vehicle upon appointment. A 4-year degree or substantial district-management experience is required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations as a multi-unit operations leader.
• Train, supervise, and develop Store Leaders to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement merchandising programs, manage cash and inventory, and promote sales.
• Lead profit and loss management including budget planning and expense control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
