This 12-month program leads to a key operations role, with a company vehicle for business use and strong career growth potential across districts. Pay ranges from $43,888 to $91,944 annually, plus benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational or managerial experience requirements as described in the posting.
• Ability to manage multiple stores, coach staff and control costs.
• Strong focus on customer service, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders across 12–14 locations.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, and driving service.
• Managing budget, maximizing sales, and monitoring performance with upper management.
• Setting performance goals and leading multi-unit operations with 100+ employees if applicable.
