Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations in a fast-paced environment, guiding Store Leaders and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The program includes 12 months of training, potential career growth into district or regional operations, a company vehicle upon appointment, and competitive benefits including 401(k), medical/dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and active automotive liability insurance during employment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• A focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
• Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management.
