Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee in Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations and develop Store Leaders. You will drive merchandising, cash/inventory control, and customer service excellence while coordinating with upper management on budgets and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or 5+ years of regional operations management experience for a large retail entity.
• Willingness to relocate after training and hold a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stores and staff.

• Oversee 12-14 store locations and lead Store Leaders to drive performance.
• Implement merchandising programs, manage cash and inventory, and promote excellent customer service.
