Responsibilities

• Maintain information on hotel facilities to promote to guests and callers.
• Answer sales phone lines with a clear, pleasant tone and in line with hotel sales verbiage.
• Take ownership of calls and anticipate guest needs to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide accurate information on availability, room types, rates, facilities and local attractions.
• Operate the reservations system and generate printed reports.
• Adhere to reservation policies including room blocks and rate quotations.
• Collaborate with sales, management, and other hotel departments.
• Assist Sales Department as needed.
• Complete all training and maintain a professional appearance.
