Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an organized, energetic Sales Coordinator to support sales efforts across our Montgomery hotels. You will assist with leads, client communication, group bookings, events, and day-to-day sales operations, working closely with the sales team and hotel leadership.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, detail-oriented, and excellent at communication and relationship building. This role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, sales, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day sales and administrative activities across three hotels.
• Respond to sales inquiries, leads, and client requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with group bookings, meetings, events, catering opportunities, and corporate accounts.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, reports, and other sales materials.
• Maintain accurate client information, sales leads, account details, and activity in the CRM.
• Schedule client appointments, property tours, sales calls, and meetings.
• Follow up with clients to help convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth communication for group and event experiences.
