Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services in Texas is seeking a first-level Operations Manager to supervise Field Service Technicians and the operation of compressor packages and rental equipment. Qualifications

• 4+ years gas compression experience in operating position
• Valid driver license with a clean MVR
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Experience with OEM manuals and technical literature

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Supervisors and Technicians
• Hire, train, and develop Technicians and Supervisors
• Perform and schedule routine maintenance and repair on equipment
• Ensure 98% mechanical availability
• Interact with Kodiak Sales team and attend customer meetings as needed
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Report to Regional Manager of Operations on key metrics
• Manage monthly oil sample program, ensure samples are taken and processed accordingly
• Oversee the movement of equipment and ensure proper maintenance
• Communicate with other Operations teams to meet customer needs
