Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services seeks a first-level manager to supervise Field Service Technicians and the daily operation of compressor packages, including rentals within one Area. You will work with Supervisors to troubleshoot, communicate, and ensure safe, efficient operations while developing customer relationships.

This role emphasizes guiding teams, scheduling maintenance, and contributing to regional performance metrics and safety standards across multiple sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with gas compression operations and field service.
• Ability to read OEM manuals and follow technical documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Service Technicians and compressor package operations.
• Hire, train, and develop Technicians and Supervisors.
• Ensure 98% mechanical availability and safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and manage data records.
• Interact with Sales and attend customer meetings as needed.
• Report to Regional Manager of Operations on key metrics.
• Travel as required and respond to call-outs.
