Job summary

Channel Partners seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across the Las Vegas market. You will manage resets, planograms, displays, and install work while directing in-store staff and ensuring high-quality, on-time results.

Regular travel within the assigned market is required, with opportunity for travel to neighboring markets. AEM also trains associates and reports project status using company apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect quality against standards.
• Build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete on-time project reporting via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
