Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality consultative client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive operational readiness and business results.

In this role, you’ll lead staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while traveling regularly to maintain in-person presence and strengthen execution across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit setting.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching to performance.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in results, client acquisition, and retention.
• Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across offices.
