You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, managing staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations across locations, while traveling as needed to stay connected with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven coaching, development, and accountability skills.
• Track record of driving business and financial results while managing day‑to‑day ops.
• Experience leading through change and new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations and demands.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving; handles escalations well.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
• Develop bench strength and high‑potential talent across locations.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and ensure office readiness.
