H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, and drive business results across locations.

You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while building high‑performing teams and ensuring readiness for seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Ability to travel frequently between assigned offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client-experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, trends, and take actions to improve results.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Prepare offices and staff for seasonal demand.
