Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit environments with measurable results.
• Proven ability to drive client‑centric service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance, and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and push for better results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, and recruitment for seasonal demand.
