You’ll lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and provide expert guidance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across locations.
