Job summary

H&R Block seeks a multi-office leader to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent, consultative client experience with disciplined execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and own staffing, facilities, and compliance to meet business goals.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, travel between locations, and a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/ops with outcomes ownership.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership ability.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations; drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, outcomes, and real-time feedback.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
