Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistently excellent client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership, and drive revenue, operations, and business outcomes while maintaining office readiness.

You’ll lead by example, set clear expectations, and use data insights to reinforce strengths, address gaps, and elevate performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.

Responsibilities

Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
Lead teams by setting clear expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance, and feedback.
Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
Monitor performance metrics and improve business results, client acquisition, and retention.
Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
