Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver strong business results across locations.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction through disciplined execution and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in multi-unit operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Leadership coaching and accountability across locations.
• Ability to drive financial and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities and onboarding for seasonal demand.
