Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, growing talent and aligning priorities to client outcomes and business performance. Travel between offices is expected and leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching for consistency.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance, and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and build bench strength.
