Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, and own office readiness and day‑to‑day operations.

As a visible leader, you’ll drive revenue, growth, and operational performance while coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and strong business results across all offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with accountability for performance.
• Client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach and accountability.
• Ability to drive business results across multiple locations including labor.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
