You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver expert guidance and a welcoming, confident experience in every office. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to drive revenue and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-unit teams across multiple locations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact; use insights to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations; ensure readiness across offices.
• Monitor metrics, drive revenue, growth, and client acquisition/retention strategies.
• Travel between offices to maintain in-person presence and alignment across locations.
