Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership, and drive revenue, operations, and team performance while maintaining office readiness and staffing across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experiences.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Provide real-time feedback to strengthen team execution and address gaps.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and service delivery.
