H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance with hands-on leadership. In this role you’ll manage office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while focusing on revenue, growth, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail or service.
• Strong client-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting clear expectations and coaching.
• Provide feedback to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily ops, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Own office readiness, staffing, and seasonal prep.
