You will lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on presence to drive results. In this role you’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while developing bench strength and ensuring readiness for seasonal demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business results across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of a consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Coach and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for top performance.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve results and client retention.
• Ensure office readiness including staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
