Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with consultative service experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; implement improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; set expectations.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day ops across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue, growth, and client acquisition.
