H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance with a hands-on leadership style.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, ensuring readiness for seasonal demand and strong client outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit operations with outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership coaching and accountability across locations.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations, including labor.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, procurement, onboarding, and seasonal planning.
