Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to manage 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and align priorities across locations to improve client outcomes and business performance.

You will own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, traveling between offices to maintain in-person presence and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities
