H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, team performance, and business results.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll coach Tax and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and own revenue growth across offices to ensure every client interaction reflects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
