H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistently high-quality client experience across locations. You will lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting clear expectations and driving performance to ensure readiness and excellence in service.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach teams to consistent performance and accountability.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs at all offices.
