You’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, balancing strategic oversight with visible in‑office leadership to drive revenue,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Change management experience and ability to adapt processes.
• Independent judgment and prioritization across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office and workforce readiness, facilities, and onboarding.
