H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service professionals, balance strategy with hands‑on leadership, and ensure offices are ready to serve clients with excellence.

You’ll drive revenue, operational performance, and talent development across locations, using data to guide improvements and strengthen execution while meeting seasonal demands and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years of multi-unit team leadership in retail/service/ops.
• Strong client-focused mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to drive business and financial results across locations.
• Experience implementing new processes and changes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations with independent judgment.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Willingness to travel and support in-person presence across offices.
• Comfort with schedules spanning evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, using insights to improve experiences.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching from observed behaviors and real-time feedback to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness: facilities, equipment, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, seasonal prep.
