Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistently high‑quality client experience by setting clear expectations for service, operations, and team performance.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, and own office readiness (staffing, facilities, compliance, scheduling) to drive results and client satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Proven ability to drive business results across multiple locations.
• Strong client-centric, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue and growth.
