Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations for service and performance, and ensure offices run smoothly.

You’ll travel between locations to maintain in-person presence, monitor metrics, drive revenue growth, and uphold client satisfaction through disciplined execution and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a baseline.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative service.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability of teams.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvement.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors; lead with client focus.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance data to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve business results and client acquisition/retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, labor management, compliance, and SOPs across offices.
• Own office readiness, facilities, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal preparation.
